Who I Help

A woman sitting at a desk with a laptop, holding her chest as if experiencing chest pain, in a room decorated with plants and flowers.

If any of these sound familiar…

  • Navigating change and uncertainty about the future

  • Seeking relief from emotional or physical discomfort

  • Wanting self-compassion to feel real

  • Valuing growth, insight, and genuine human connection

  • Seeking thoughtful support for end-of-life planning, including medical assistance in dying or natural approaches

My Practice

A woman with short brown hair, wearing a white shirt and a necklace, is sitting on a bench, smiling while writing in an open notebook with a black pen, in a cozy indoor setting decorated with plants and framed pictures.

My private practice is grounded in more than ten years of hospital-based experience supporting end-of-life decision making and spiritual health, along with extensive meditation and mindfulness training.

I support clients facing some of life's greatest transitions, as well as the everyday realities of being human.

What To Expect

Close-up of a green plant with trailing vine in a green ceramic pot on a wooden shelf, with a small decorative brick house in the background.

We meet on a secure online platform where your comfort and privacy are respected.

All sessions are 90 minutes so we can take our time and not feel rushed.

No matter your experience with therapy, or working virtually we'll move at a pace that feels right for you.

How to Start

A woman with brown hair in a white shirt is sitting at a wooden table, engaging in a video call on her laptop with three women visible on the screen. There is a green cup next to her on the table, and they are in a room with a window and some plants in the background.

If you feel drawn, I invite you to reach out.

We begin with a complimentary video call—a chance to meet, ask questions, and see if working together feels right.

Whether you're exploring next steps or ready for a first conversation, please be in touch.
