Therapy and coaching will look different for everyone. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and see if working together feels like a good fit.
Some individuals are looking for a one-time session to ask questions or check in on an existing mindfulness practice. This is an opportunity to gain fresh insight (or inspiration) on where they are at and aiming to go.
Some are considering therapy or are transitioning out of a more intense period of therapy and see mindfulness coaching with a therapist as a powerful bridge.
For many of my clients, therapy is preventative health care and works to support any number of goals related to performance, happiness and general wellbeing.
Therapy can be a buffer of support during trying times and it can also enhance an individual’s flourishing during less challenging times. How often we would meet and how long you would like to engage in my services is entirely up to you and can be explored in our initial conversation.

Perhaps you’ve experienced a major life event or something is unfolding in your world that requires immediate support. From my experience working in hospitals, I know the difference it can make to have someone show up. To listen and be a witness to a person’s journey. These tender encounters can be transformational for each of us. If something is pressing, we can generally find time for a longer one-time meeting without much notice. I also work with individuals who are in a more undefined period of transition such as caregiving, navigating grief, new parenthood, or aging. Situations in which having a mindfulness coach or therapist readily at hand can help life feel a little more spacious and fore-giving.
The common themes in my practice are clarity, generosity and commitment - a belief that the benefits of therapy and mindfulness are best discovered through a spirit of curiosity and playfulness - and that there is nothing out of which beauty cannot be created.
*My current standard rate is $189 for 90-minutes.
